A good place to stay with a great breakfast! The owners are very nice and friendly.

A nice and quite place to have a waffle (and some more). Very well decorated.

I'm giving it five stars because in the end the operator tore it out. He was super nice and gave us valuable tips. Our room was a bit old, but super clean and nicely furnished. All in all, highly recommended.

The owner was super nice. Breakfast was delicious and tasted good, and the hot drinks were good. The only drawback was the scrambled eggs a bit too small.

Very friendly people who are wonderfully attentive and personally take care of their guests. Wonderfully quiet and cozy atmosphere. Delicious tarte flambée and coffee specialties. We like to come back with the whole family again and again. ;-)

Very good breakfast!

We were for breakfast in the Rathausschenke. It was excellent. Fresh and tasty rolls, homemade jam, fresh sausage and fresh cheese were served. There was a delicious tea, as you get it only in a teahouse. In addition, a very nice atmosphere and very nice owner. We will come back.

Small but nice (their motto) hits it! - And super suitable for hikers / hikers! For me it is also the safe haven, in keeping with the cafe's motto. Was on a trekking tour in the Maifeld and on the Moselle, and had to find out that there was nothing to have breakfast on the square or in the village. Then I hiked to Münstermaifeld in the hope of finding something there that was already open. And more than found it! Opening times from 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., great small selection of dishes, everything homemade and with regional products, I was able to charge my mobile phone and the best comes at last: the owners. Great couple with whom you got into conversation. Definitely my favorite if I'm in the area again!

We accept, very good value for money

Incredible but true: they still exist, the restaurants, where cooked and dispensed finished products! We ate here excellent: homemade (excellent!) Potato salad, sausage and bread from the neighboring butcher or baker, mustard from the mustard mill in Cochem - everything was great and in the Eifel as in the rest of the Republic barely to find. And all at very fair prices in a nice atmosphere. Thank you and keep it up!

Friendly service! A lot of organic products on offer. Much also directly from the region according to the map. The portions were also pleasantly large, good value for money! The homemade potato salad including the delicious Viennese was a poem, absolutely recommendable! You can recommend a visit to this restaurant as of March 19, without hesitation if you are nearby!
